IPTV Nordic, operated by an independent operator, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement and cooperate with rights holders.
1. Reporting alleged infringement
If you are a rights holder (or authorised to act for one) and believe material accessible through our service infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@iptvnordicse.com including:
- your name and contact details;
- identification of the work claimed to be infringed (general description is sufficient);
- identification of the material in question and where it can be found;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act;
- your physical or electronic signature.
2. Our commitment
We will review valid notices promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question, and may take action against repeat infringers.
3. Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to info@iptvnordicse.com including:
- your name and contact details;
- identification of the removed material and its prior location;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
- your consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We will review counter-notices and may restore the material where appropriate.

All copyright notices and counter-notices should be sent to info@iptvnordicse.com. We aim to acknowledge valid notices without undue delay.
