Set IPTV is an app for Smart TVs, mainly Samsung and LG, that plays IPTV from an M3U list. You install the app, note your MAC address and upload your list via the Set IPTV portal.

Step by step

Install Set IPTV
Search for and install Set IPTV from your Samsung or LG TV's app store.

Open the app and write down the MAC address shown on screen.
